We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Personalised gifts are printed to order and posted within 3–4 working days.

Processing time

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, weather or high order volumes may occur, especially around Ramadan, Eid and Christmas.

Incorrect address and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost or does not arrive within the stated time, contact us at support@donatedirectly.com.
